Our Story

1952
- In the vibrant streets of Majestic, Bangalore, Annam Subbrayappa Setty embarked on a to empower rural women, crafting fragrant masala incense by hand.
- Swathantra Perfumery Works was born, crafting 1000kgs of aromatic delight each month.


1972
- His son, Annam Muddukrishna Setty, carried forth this mission.
- Employing 400 rural women
- Elevated production to 1000kgs each day filling the air with their scented dreams.

1990
- The legacy continued with Annam Ravichandra
- Shri Krishnakala Fragrances came into being, weaving their own fragrant destiny.
- For 25 years, they perfected hand-rolled incense, offering a thousand kilograms daily. Their brand became a testament to the bonds forged since '52.


1998
- The vision expanded with Ravirag Industries.

2000
- Their incense wafted across the nation, a testament to their aromatic prowess.


2015
- A new chapter unfolded as Gila Dhoop, Sambrani Cups, Cones, and Dhoop Sticks, graced their offerings, and they ventured abroad.
- Exporting to Malaysia, Chile, the USA, and South Africa.

2016
- Their reputation led them to supply giants in the corporate world.
- Production went up to about 5000kgs per day for supply and 5000kgs per day for their own brands.


2017
- Shri Krishnakala Fragrances and Ravirag Industries merged to form A Ravirag Industries
- The product range blossomed, from dhoop to sticks, sandal soaps, and all things fragrant and devotional.

Today
- The tale continues with the 4th generation, Kaushik Annam Ravichandra.
- Carries their legacy to the digital realm, honoring his great-grandfather's vision.
- Hand-rolled agarbattis and a treasury of fragrant delights are still their heart's endeavor.
